By using the Sand + Fog website or placing an order, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or place orders with Sand + Fog.

Order Placement and Payment

When you submit an order at Sand + Fog, you are offering to purchase the items listed in that order. Sand + Fog retains the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Although order declines are rare, common causes include payment processing issues or inventory shortages.

All prices are shown in USD and can change without prior notice. If we identify a pricing mistake before shipment, we will notify you before proceeding with your order.

Payments are securely processed through our trusted payment providers at checkout. Sand + Fog does not retain your complete payment card information on our servers.

To maintain fair access, orders for perfume oils are limited to five units per scent per customer. Any orders exceeding this limit will be canceled.

Shipping and Delivery

Sand + Fog ships items to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Please verify your shipping details carefully, as we cannot reroute packages after they leave our facility.

Estimated delivery times are provided, but these are not guaranteed. Once an order ships, it is under the carrier’s control. While we will help track your shipment, Sand + Fog is not responsible for shipping delays or losses that occur after dispatch.

Returns and Refunds
